JBLM Fit Club
January 7 – April 7 participate in the JBLM 2021 Fit Club
Can you complete any of our 7 fitness challenges that test endurance, strength and mental fortitude?
- Run 10K in 1 hour
- Swim 1 mile in 1 hour
- Bike 40 miles outdoors in 2.5 hours
- 500 burpees in 12 hours
- 500 or 1000lb lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift)
- Murph WOD (1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats all while wearing weighted 20lb. vest)
- Box jump Mount Everest (29,029')
Participants can earn a T-Shirt for every challenge they complete and are eligible to receive up to 7 T-Shirts for completing all challenges. (Limited quantities will be available.)
All challenges must be verifiable using either GPS data upload such as Strava or Garmin, video footage, video with time stamps or fitness center staff member witness.
