MWR offers a wide variety of indoor venues that can be reserved for your event needs. All facilities are available for both professional and private functions to any qualifying DOD ID cardholder. Our fun and energetic team at MWR Central is committed to helping you through the process from start to finish. Sasquatch Saloon Conference Space -capacity 120
2400 Bitar Ave., Lewis Main
The Sasquatch Saloon Conference Space is available at no cost during Saloon operating hours: Wednesday-Friday, 1500-1900 (excluding Federal Holidays and DONSAs). Reservations outside Saloon hours are $200 for a four-hour period and $50 for every additional hour. Please email reservation form to JBLMmwrcentral@army.mil or call 253-966-3988.
Russell Landing Bistro -capacity 70
$200 for 4 hours ($50 per additional hour)

Russell Landing Bistro is located along the shores of American Lake at Lewis North. With serene views and a large outdoor patio, the bistro is a favorite of many for smaller events.
Eagle’s Pride conference space -capacity 140
Thank you for your interest in hosting your special event at Eagle's Pride Golf Course. Due to operational changes, we are unable to take reservations at this time. Holiday Park Pavilion -capacity 200
[$150 (Unit/Squadron)/$200 (Private)]+ $150 refundable deposit
Holiday Park, McChord Field
The enclosed pavilion features a double hexagon with high ceilings of natural wood and two fireplaces. A kitchen with service windows into each area and an outdoor barbecue grill also can be utilized. The deposit can be waived with an LOI from the unit commander.

Located on the serene banks of American Lake and boasting exquisite landscaping, American Lake Conference Center offers guests a place to gather and celebrate. The facility provides sweeping views of the lake from upper and lower banquet rooms, seating areas for relaxation and conversation and an outdoor entertainment space complete with a large patio, gazebo, fire pit and lake access.

We can help you plan an event or party that reflects your style and fits within your budget. Host your unit or squadron holiday party with us! We can accommodate both small, intimate gatherings and large groups with fully catered, sit-down dining or casual buffet.
Unit Funds
Having a unit/squadron function? Unit Funds can be easily transferred to the MWR facility you reserve.
Unit funds are non-appropriated funds provided for the entertainment, recreation and comfort of the personnel of the units/squadron.
Benefits must be equally provided to all personnel of the unit/squadron.
Unit funds may be carried over from one year to the next and do not expire at the end of a fiscal year.
Requirements to establish and maintain your Unit funds account:
1. Yearly Strength Report
2. DA 1687 Signature Card for authorized custodians
3. Assumption of Command Orders
