Go for the Gold!
Challenge yourself to one or all of our fitness events throughout the year to reach Gold, Silver and Bronze status. Many individual competitions offer prizes. There are also grand prize drawings for each category and, recognition for all participants who reach qualifying levels.
Qualifying points for each level:
- Gold: 850 to 1000 points
- Silver: 700 to 849 points
- Bronze: 500 to 699 points

Civilian Fitness Program
Get on track with your health and fitness goals. This is a DoD prorgram that permits employees to exercise during work hours. Employees must coordinate with their supervisors and observe the program's rules.
The Army Wellness Center, located at Jensen Family Health & Fitness Center is the center or the program.
Supervisor approval, a medical release and, a health and fitness screening must be accomplished before starting the program.

Soldiers from Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard compete in a variety of sports at the highest levels to include Armed Forces, USA Nationals and Military World Games. We support Soldier readiness and well-being through athletic performance, military bearing and competitive spirit. Learn more.
