Class Descriptions:

Dance Fitness: A group exercise class that incorporates many forms of dance.

Tabata: A high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with brief rest of 10 seconds.

Zumba: Zumba fitness classes are fun, energetic and make you feel amazing. You’ll perform low- and high-intensity dance moves to Latin and world-based music for a total body workout.

Yoga: This class uses a mind-body format that uses traditional yoga poses to increase flexibility, strength and balance.  Over time, yoga may improve a participant’s posture and ability to handle stress.

R.I.P.P.E.D.:  This is the one-stop total body, high-intensity program using free weights, resistance and body weight, while combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.

Cardio Circuit: This class offers a variety of total-body conditioning with both strength and cardio exercise.

Cardio Kickboxing: Find a fun, high-energy class incorporating martial arts and boxing. Jab, cross, hook, uppercut and kick your way to fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Connected Warrior Yoga: This class involves introspection and internal awareness using gentle and restorative postures, guided visualization, breathing and meditation.

Insanity: An interval training class that requires participants to work as hard as they
can for a minimum of three minutes with 30 seconds of rest in between.

Step Circuit:  This class includes a combination of cardio moves using the step bench and body-shaping, muscle-conditioning exercises.

Intro to Hula:  Learn Polynesian dances with this low-impact workout.

Zumba Toning: Combining targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba, this class is a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

Bootcamp: This high-intensity cardio and strength conditioning class will challenge your endurance while burning lots of calories. The workout quickly takes you from one exercise to the next.

Core & More: This is a strength-building class with an emphasis on core stability.

Mixxed Fit: Dance to your favorite songs on the radio or that you would dance to at a nightclub. If you can do squats, jumping jacks and shake your booty, you will have a blast in class.

Head to Toe Weight Training: Total body strength training in a group setting with accommodations to suit individual needs.

Water Aerobics: This water group exercise class incorporates movement that improves balance, coordination and flexibility. Benefits of the class include the water’s resistance enhancing participants’ agility, endurance and aerobic capacity by using a low/non-weight-bearing environment.
