Medium Intensity Water Exercise
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m. Free of charge!
This class offers a vigorous aerobic/cardio workout in shallow and deep water. We use a combination of equipment to increase resistance and difficulty that keeps your heart rate up throughout the session.
Low-Intensity Water Exercise
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 a.m. Free of charge!
This enjoyable workout employs consistent movement to develop strength, balance and coordination. It also burns calories and conditions the entire body. Stretching and exaggerated movements increase flexibility and muscle usage. This class is great for first-time'ers to any aquatics program.
Parent and Toddler (6 months to 3 years)
These sessions are a great way to introduce your little one to the joy of swimming. The cost for 3 weekly sessions is $10 per child. Register here
