ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED AT JBLM PUBLIC ACCESS BEACHES By order of the commander and effective immediately until further notice, alcohol is prohibited at JBLM public access American Lake beaches to include Shoreline, the Marina, Summer's Cove, and NCO Beach due to numerous incidents of indiscipline.
This effort is vital to our ability to keep these beaches open to all.
To protect life, health and safety there will be increased unit patrols and MP presence for enforcement.
Trash at JBLM beaches also remains a problem. Please pack out what you bring in. There are increased trash receptacles and extra bags for patron use. We appreciate your cooperation and help in keeping our beaches a safe and beautiful place for everyone to enjoy.
