Recreational Cabins

Our state-of-the-art outdoor facility opened, featuring a beautiful community of recreational cabins, is an absolute hit with Service members and their families looking to get away and live the great outdoors fantasy.

Our cabins are nestled in a quiet corner of American Lake on JBLM-Lewis North. American Lake is a recreational dream with fishing, boating and swimming as major draws.

All 10 recreational cabins feature unobstructed views of the waterfront. Two are ADA-compliant.

Fishing is available only steps away from your front door. Ducks, geese and mating pairs of bald eagles can often be seen enjoying this oasis along the I-5 corridor.

All cabins include standard kitchen appliances, dishes, TV, DVD, high-speed wireless internet, bedding and private bath with towel service.

The largest cabin, the three-bedroom, sleeps 8 adults and features a gas fireplace. The two-bedroom cabins sleep six adults. The one-bedroom cabins sleep four adults and feature a separate bedroom plus a hide-a-bed sleeper couch. The smaller studio cabins sleep two adults.

Check-in is at 3 p.m. Check-out is at 10 a.m.

No smoking. No pets allowed. Service animals are permitted.
