2019 Fitness Resolution Fair

Want to get a sample of the variety of free on-base aerobics classes, complete with giveaways and a chance to win prizes? Come out for the 2019 Fitness Resolution Fair Saturday, Jan. 5 at Wilson Sports & Fitness Center from 9 to 11:30 a.m. The first 200 in the door receive a free T-shirt.

Sample your choice of half-hour cardio kickboxing, MixxedFit, yoga and spin classes. Also, see a bodybuilding demonstration and register for 24/7 fitness access (opening up to Family members ages 18 and older, DOD civilians and retirees). After a group warm-up, participate in your choice of half-hour cardio kickboxing, MixxedFit, yoga and spin classes with DJ music. Transition to your next class until the group comes together to cool down at the end.

0900-0910: Warm-up
0910-0940: Cardio Kickboxing/Indoor Cycling
0940-0955: Transition
0955-1025: Mixxed Fit/Indoor Cycling
1025-1040: Transition
1040-1110: Yoga/Indoor Cycling
1110-1120: Cool Down
