Media requests should be routed through the MWR Marketing Office at usarmy.jblm.id-readiness.mbx.dfmwr-marketing@army.mil or +1(253)967-5202. A member of the Marketing Team will route your request for access via the proper installation channels.

While the Fest Tent may be used for MWR special events, it is available to be rented outside of those event days! Fest Tent Reservation Form

$50 per hour, $1500 per week. $25 per hour for Audio Visual Support.
- Payment can be made at MWR Headquarters, Unit Funds, room 338. 253-966-4300.
Pot Luck food is now allowed in the Fest Tent.
General:
- This agreement is for the use of the MWR Fest Tent. POC must brief parents/guardians prior to and also at the start of the function.
- Taping charts, signs, pictures, etc. on the walls or doors is strictly prohibited.
- Usage of the stage area is not permitted, unless approved. There will be no sitting on the front of the stage. Children are prohibited from being/playing on the stage.
- No monies may be exchanged, for any reason, between anyone using this facility unless sanctioned by MWR.
- Table and chairs can be rented from Northwest Adventure Center at 253-967-7744.
- Alcohol is not allowed. For this to be approved a Memo of Responsibility must be signed by the Commander and submitted in advance to the Special Event MWR Coordinator.
Set-Up:
- Room set-up is the responsibility of the requesting activity.
- POCs will introduce themselves to staff prior to set-up and be available through clean-up.
- Chairs and tables are moved on dollies and precautions will be taken to protect the facility from damage.
Clean up:
- At the conclusion of the event, the MWR Fest Tent must be cleaned.
- Trash must be removed and placed in the dumpster.
- The entire Fest Tent floor must be swept and damp-mopped.
- The room will be left as instructed by staff regardless of how it was found.
- Before leaving the facility, the event coordinator/POC must receive approval from staff that the room is cleaned to standard.
