Birding at Eagles Pride Golf Course

#
Note: This event has already passed.

Held the 3rd Thursday of the month, rain or shine!

During the summer, Eagles Pride Golf Course’s ponds, thick, diverse habitat, and location only one-half mile from Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge make it a great place to spot many bird species, especially in these busiest months of the birding year. Five swallow species abound and nest at the course, for example, and over 70 species of birds have been documented in the last couple of years.

Meet at the driving range parking spaces. Take exit 116 off I-5N. Turn north off the ramp and then right into the golf course. The driving range access road, a narrow gravel road, is an immediate left, or you can park in the main lot and easily walk up to the driving range.

As always, dress for the weather and bring water and snacks as needed. If you have questions, call +1(253)964-0341.
