Intro to Rock Climbing

Learn the basics of Rock Climbing. We will meet up at Adventures Unlimited and focus on building solid fundamental skills, such as rock safety, belaying and basic rock climbing techniques.

If you have never climbed at all, this is your opportunity to learn and practice with a rock climbing instructor.

Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

Bring to class:
Clothing appropriate for climbing/working out
At least 2 litters of water
Snack/Dinner

Provided by MWR:
Climbing Harness
Climbing Shoes
Belay Device
Ropes

No experience required to participate! Begin your rock climbing adventure here and learn to be a safe effective climber.

All participants under 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
