JBLM Shamrockin’ 5K CANCELED

Location: McChord Club 

Come down for a rockin’ good time with music, costume contests, kid’s crafts, face painting, a balloon artist and more! Bring your over the top Irish Spirit and celebrate with us!

Registration Cost: 

·        DOD-ID Holder - $30 for 5K / $10 for 1K

·        Non-DOD ID Holder - $40 for 5K / $15 for 1K

Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up: Friday, March 20^th 3pm-6pm @ McChord Club

Day of Registration & Packet Pick up: 10am – 12:20pm on race day

The kids’ 1K run starts at 1 p.m., the 5K starts at 1:15 where contestants will be released in 5 minute waves until 1:45. Award ceremonies and Costume contests will be held at 2:45.

Register for the 5K by Monday, March 16 to get Irish stew and a beverage; register for the 1K or 5K by Wednesday, March 11 to also get a custom race T-shirt. The first 400 to register for the 5K receive a custom pint glass (for ages 21 and older). All race packets include a finisher’s medal and collector’s race bib.

Keep Rockin’ After the Race!

McChord Pub (for ages 18 and older) will be open before and after the race events! Alongside live Irish themed entertainment, they’ll be offering a St Patty’s Day themed food and drink menu; including Corned Beef and Cabbage, Irish Stew, and drink specials for ages 18 and older (you must be age 21 or older with ID to consume alcohol).
