Join the superhero squad and showcase how you are brave, fearless, resilient. 

Armed Forces Kids' Run
10:30 a.m.–noon | Cowan Stadium

Distances: 5 & 6 year olds: 1/2 mile | 7 & 8 year olds: 1 mile | 9-16 year olds: 2 miles

Use your superhero speed and race to the finish line! Register for this free race by Friday, April 12 to guarantee your youth a free shirt. Registration forms can be emailed to Youth Sports or dropped off at commissary drop boxes (late registration accepted at Youth Sports only). Pre-race day packet pickup: April 23–25, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. at Youth Sports Office, 6398 Garcia Blvd. Parents and spectators are encouraged to stand along the route to cheer on the runners. Kids' Fest Bike Rodeo
Showcase your superhero safety skills at the Kids' Fest Bike Rodeo! Bring your bicycle and helmet to the parking lot near the Children's Museum at JBLM on Saturday, April 27 anytime from noon–4:30 p.m. Six lanes with activities to demonstrate 13 safety skills will be set up. Volunteers will cover bicycle safety before youth practice two skills at each lane and a constant safety rule — always wear your helmet.
Please note: Bicycles and helmets are not provided. Youth must bring their own to participate in the demonstration part of the bike rodeo.
