The wildlife refuge is home to the Nisqually River Delta, which has the unique status as Washington's largest relatively undisturbed estuary. The delta provides habitats for more than 300 different species of fish and wildlife. Getting into nature photography can seem like an unobtainable goal. To many, it is a dream that is often talked about but not pursued seriously. Knowing where to start can be one of the biggest obstacles for nature photography beginners, but there are opportunities everywhere.
Participant restrictions: 6+, Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

What you pack: Camera, lunch, water, appropriate clothing (dress in layers), lenses and extra batteries.
