White Water Rafting

Dates: June 15, 16, 19, 22 & 23

Leavenworth in June averages 79 degrees and 27 days of sunshine! On the Wenatchee when you hear a rapid coming, you know you're going to get wet! However, with the amount of sunshine that the Leavenworth area gets you'll be looking forward to it.

Trip Details:
• Approximately 15 miles of class II & III white water.
• Appropriate for beginner to intermediate rafters.
• Float time is 2–3 hours (contingent on flow).
• Participants must be at least 14 years of age, weigh at least 50 pounds and have appropriate paddling fitness levels. Youth ages 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.
• Cost is $80 per person.
• Trips are available in the morning on several June dates.

Outdoor Rec provides: A wetsuit, neoprene booties for your feet, helmet, personal floatation device, splash jacket and guides.

Plan to bring: Swimsuit or swim trunks, sunglasses (must have eyewear retainer attachment), extra layers (fleece, wool, or polypropylene — avoid cotton), sunscreen and personal items such as medications. Please bring water in a reusable container that can attach to the raft. Guide gratuity is suggested.
