Wilderness First Aid

All Students are required to have current First Aid, CPR, and AED training before WFA course date.

Make sure you are prepared in case of an emergency while out in the wild. Take the American Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid course to receive 2 years certification. This 16-hour course will cover how to handle first aid and evacuation procedures in a wilderness environment.

Wilderness first aid:

You Provide: bag or backpack packed with everything you would bring on a normal hiking trip for you, Grungy clothing you don't mind getting ruined (stained, cut, torn), and appropriate food for the day.

We Provide: Learning Materials, Instruction, and Certification card in the mail.

All participants must have a current Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification. Available upon request for $35,
Minimum ages 16 years and older. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
