Fields of Friendly Strife is a competition-based program for units! Earn points and bragging rights for your unit by participating in sports, races, esports and more!

How it works: Active duty Service Members and their families can participate in Fields of Friendly Strife events and earn points for their unit toward the FoFS Commander’s Cup, which will be presented at the end of the competition year by JBLM Leadership.
How to register: Visit the Intramural Sports office located in Cowan Stadium or through JBLM races. Note: Units running for free do not receive shirts or medals if offered.

There are two divisions: Brigade/Group and Battalion/Squadron. Service Members and families receive points for participation for their unit in a wide variety of events that include: intramural sports, races, bowling, golf, etc. Events are hosted at a variety of locations to include Lewis Main, Lewis North and McChord Field.
