- Army Families must sign up on the JBLM CYS Waitlist at militarychildcare.com to determine if a space is available on base. If a child cannot receive a childcare offer within 45 days, CYS Parent Central Services will provide a Statement of Non-Availability to allow the Army Family to receive DoD Fee Assistance off base.
- Air Force Families do not require a Statement of Non-Availability and can sign up directly through their eligible off-base provider.
