Ages 2-5. Kids over 48" tall are not allowed on the play equipment. Parents are responsible for supervising their children. No food or beverages outside party room.

The MWR Special Events office brings the JBLM community entertainment including festivals, concerts, seasonal functions and more.

Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) provides long-term support to surviving Families of fallen service members. Our goal is to reassure survivors that they remain valued members of the military Family. 

MWR at Yakima Training Center provides childcare, fitness and recreation services to active-duty Service Members, spouses, retirees and DOD civilians. MWR services include the Blanchard Physical Fitness Center, Child and Youth Services, The Long Tab, YTC Recreation Center, RV and Vehicle Storage Lot, seasonal RV dry camp, juvenile fishing pond, archery range, Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail and access to YTC “public lands” for hunting and recreating.

Travel Camp
The travel camp is open year-round. We have 48 full hook-up sites with cable television and currently five tent sites. Our campground is located on the shores of beautiful American Lake. For your convenience our campground has common areas that offer lounge areas with color television, coin-operated washers and dryers and restrooms with shower facilities. On-site we have a sewage dump station for patron use. All full hook-up sites have individual sewer as well. We have a propane tank fill station, RV maintenance facility and a selection of RV accessories on-site.
Cabins
Our state-of-the-art outdoor facility opened, featuring a beautiful community of recreational cabins, is an absolute hit with Service members and their families looking to get away and live the great outdoors fantasy.

Unit funds are non-appropriated funds provided for the entertainment, recreation and comfort of the personnel of the units/squadron. Benefits must be made to ALL personnel of the unit/squadron.

The Unite Program empowers unit commanders to plan recreational and cohesive activities -- both on and off the installation -- to strengthen the squadron.  Unite provides Commanders with funding for programs that will benefit Airmen in their unit. Includes assigned Active Duty, Reservist, Guard and APF/NAF Civilians.​​​​​
