- Access Information
-
NEW THIS YEAR: Due to the Real ID Act, an enhanced WA state driver’s license or other approved identification, will be required to access the event, for ages 18 and older.
Non-DoD ID card holders, ages 18 and older, attending the event without a DoD ID card holder sponsor in the vehicle must be vetted online prior to attending the event. Shortly after submitting the form, you should receive a text message confirming or denying your access to the event. The driver’s license used during submission will become your Armed Forces Day event pass, valid for the event only. Visitor Pre-Registration Link Event Code: SF0BDKRF
Attending with your family? A separate registration for each individual is not necessary. You can add your other attendees to your registration, by hitting “Add Attendee.” Ages 17 & under do not need to be pre-registered online.
All adults 18 years and older will have their Real ID approved identification scanned at the gate prior to admission to the event. (Ages 16 & 17 show school ID, 15 and under do not need to show ID). If someone 18 and older in the vehicle does not have an approved ID, the vehicle will be directed to the Visitors Center for clearing.
Foreign nationals will require a DoD ID card holder sponsor and are required to stop at the McChord Field Visitor’s Center before proceeding to the event.
While riding the shuttle bus to the event site is no longer required for the general public, parking is limited around the event site.
