Joint Base Lewis-McChord is hiring child care providers at the CYS Job Fair at Eagle’s Pride Golf Course, Nov. 5, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. This event is open to the public and anyone can apply. Base access is not required. Apply today and get your rewarding child care career started with Child & Youth Services!

Our programs care for military children with five child development centers, three school-age centers and a teen center. We offer positions that are hourly, as well a part-time and full-time positions with benefits.
Starting pay for entry-level with no experience is 18.21/hr. Pay increases are built in at six months and 18 months with the completion of required training. All training is free. If you have education and experience, you may qualify for a higher starting pay rate. You will also qualify for priority childcare on base and at a reduced cost. There is also a $1,000 retention bonus paid out after 12 months.

We have a multitude of positions available for:

Flex-10, Regular Part-Time and Regular Full-Time positions are available.

Retention Bonus of $1,000 paid after 12 months of employment.
