Strength Training Equipment

Life Fitness selectorized weight stack machines, 16 Sorinex full rack lift stations with lifting platforms and rubber bumper plates, Beaverfit multistation lifting area, Life Fitness dumbbells 5-100 Pounds, Adjustable benches, Glute ham, Back extensions, Functional fitness equipment (bands, medicine balls, pylo boxes, TRX, Kettlebells, Hexbars).

Cardio Equipment

1/10 mile indoor track, 5 Life Fitness treadmills, 4 Life Fitness ellipticals, 1 stair climber, 1 Precor recumbent bike, 5 Concept 2 bikes, 5 Assault fitness air bikes, 4 torque tank sleds, 5 Concept 2 Ski ERG’s, 2 Assault fitness treadmills, 15 spin bikes, 14 Concept 2 Rowers

Indoor and Outdoor Training Areas

4-lane indoor turf area, TRX suspension trainer A frame, 1 outdoor training station (pull up area), Outdoor natural grass training area (East side of building).

Locker Rooms and Saunas

Day use lockers, Quarterly Reservable lockers, Dry sauna, Showers

Fitness Classes:

Dedicated fitness class room. See fitness class schedule link.

Unit PT:

Unit Physical training offered through the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program, Monday through Friday, 0630-0800. All H2F programs are available to active duty soldiers. Programs include; specialized training and services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition and dietetics, mental performance coaching, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaching, and tactical performance coaching.
