Private Organizations & Fundraising

All fundraising activities at JBLM require prior written approval by the Director, Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation. The DFMWR establishes the authority and determines the location, time, and parameters for all fundraising events at JBLM. 

Private Organizations, Family Readiness Groups, and Squadron Booster Clubs may conduct fundraising events that abide by the established policies and regulations.

Requests for permission to fundraise must be submitted by email at least thirty days in advance of requested date(s) or hand-carried to Bldg 2013, Lewis Main.

Registration opened on October 15, 2024. 

Those who are registered Private Organizations, SFRG, Booster clubs and Units will have first priority. Extra dates will be on a first-come, first-served basis. 

If you have a valid EIN number and are not one of the above listed groups, you are eligible to participate. First-come, first-served basis.
