Gyms are open to active duty, Reserves and National Guard. Please bring your own hand sanitizer and help us keep the facility clean. There are physical distancing protocols in place, and we appreciate your patience with the difference in operations as we strive to protect the health & safety of you and our team. When visiting, please bring your ID, mask and water bottle. (Mask is not required during exercise.) Swipe in AND out. Clean equipment after use. Be courteous of others and limit your workout to one hour. **Showers are closed; water fountains are inoperable (water fillers are available).

  • Alpha Warrior rig, tank sleds and other functional fitness equipment.
  • Cardio machines, a weight room with free weights, Hammer Strength equipment and a stretching room.
