Our Punt, Pass & Kick program creates a lively and engaging forum for boys and girls to compete individually against their peers in the measured football skills of punting, passing and kicking. We want every child to be given an equal opportunity to participate.

Outdoor Recreation program:
Free harness and shoe rentals at Adventures Unlimited’s indoor climbing wall for ages 18 and younger ($6 savings).
Free bobber, weight and hook setup with purchase of any fishing rod at Northwest Adventure Center.
Free round of skeet (25 clay pigeons) and free shotgun rental at the Shotgun Shooting Complex for ages 16 and younger ($14.50 savings, does not include ammunition).
Bowl Arena Lanes:
MOMC Family Bowling: Kids ages 12 and younger bowl free (includes shoe rental) with paying adult (Must pay by game, not by the hour. Adults pay regular price. Limit two children per regular paying adult. Cannot be combined with other specials). Each child’s name will be entered into a drawing for a free kid’s bowling ball and bag. 15 winners will be drawn weekly.
Sports, Fitness & Aquatics:
Every adult who registers for the Down & Dirty Trail Run during April will receive a free entry for one child.

Events & Activities
Young Lives, Big Stories
The Young Lives, BIG Stories contest gives children and youth ages 3 through grade 12 the chance to tell their story about what it means to be a military child through pictures or written, audio and video submissions. This annual contest runs during April, the Month of the Military Child (MOMC). Children and youth have the opportunity to win great prizes, over $4,000 in Exchange gift cards will be given out! The grand prize is $1,500 in Exchange gift cards! Click here for details.
At each library, two windows will be filled with a crazy assortment of pictures and objects with a military flair. Families are invited to stop by and see if they can “spy” items from a list. Find them all & win a prize! Visit the JBLM Libraries anytime the month of April to get the chance to win a prize.
Hide and Find
Find Jensen the Jester Frog! He will be hidden in a different spot every day in the month of April for children to find within JBLM libraries. Whoever finds him first each day gets a prize for participation!
Throughout the month of April, parents are invited to contribute to the Library’s Facebook prompt: “What I appreciate most about my military child is…” Together, we can celebrate the unique qualities of our military children.
JBLM's free Kids' Fest, "Love Bugs and Crazy Daisies," kicks off Saturday, April 30, 12–4:30 p.m. at the MWR Fest Tent at Lewis Main. Enjoy hands-on activities, exhibits, displays, crafts, interactive games, rock wall climbing and entertainment. There will be a helicopter display at the Youth Sports Fields!
The fest tent is next to Bowl Arena Lanes at 2200 Liggett Ave.
