Arts & Crafts:
April 2-6: Spring Break Kids’ Art Camp
Cost: $10.00 per day or $40 for the week, per child
Kids can explore their crafty side with a variety of fun projects, 1–5 p.m.
Registration: Call or come in 24 hours prior to class.
April 19: Craft Your Hero, 2-7 p.m.
Come out and create your own superhero just in time for Kids’ Fest. Make logos, capes, masks and even a villain!
Cost: $10.00 Registration: Call or come in by April 18
April 27: Kids’ Fest, Superhero Mural
Color a section of our heroic poster and draw an epic battle between your heroes and villains; mural will be displayed at Arts and Crafts after the event.
Cost: FREE Location: Arts and Crafts booth at Kids’ Fest, Noon–4:30 p.m.
Libraries:
April 1-6: Pick up your purple ribbon to tie around a tree to support Month of the Military Child.
April 8-13: Find the purple 3D print and receive a prize from the treasure chest.
April 15-20: What does being a military child mean to you? Write on or color a purple heart that we can display in the library windows.
April 22-27: Try to complete the I Spy window and receive a prize from the treasure chest.

Young Lives, Big Stories: April 1-30
The Young Lives, BIG Stories contest gives children and youth ages 3 through grade 12 the chance to tell their story about what it means to be a military child through pictures or written, audio and video submissions. This annual contest runs during April, the Month of the Military Child (MOMC). Children and youth have the opportunity to win great prizes, over $4,000 in Exchange gift cards will be given out!
