Class Descriptions:

  • Pilates is a mind-body exercise method focusing on core strength, muscular endurance, and posture. It emphasizes precise, controlled movements, deep breathing, and spinal alignment.
  • Barre is a high-intensity fitness workout combining ballet, Pilates, and yoga techniques to strengthen and tone the entire body. Using a ballet barre for stability, it features small, controlled, isometric movements and high repetitions to improve muscular endurance, posture and flexibility.
  • Strong Nation: Zumba-based workout combining body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves.
  • Strength Training: Emphasis on form and technique while gaining strength and confidence in the 3 major lifts in a friendly, upbeat environment.
  • Cardio & Strength: A total body workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, coordination, balance and flexibility, utilizing free weights, weighted bars, resistance bands, your body weight, stability balls and more.
  • Cardio Kickboxing: High energy martial-arts inspired workout, non-contact. Full body workout with phenomenal core training. Destroy calories while developing coordination, agility, and speed.
  • Cycling: Using a special stationary bike, classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high-intensity, and recovery phases in an energetic, fun classroom setting.
  • HIIT: High Intensity Workout incorporating cardio, free weights and body weight.
  • iStroll: Parent and Kid-friendly Fitness Bootcamp, fitness for the whole family. Fee for class: Free one-week trial, Drop-In $10, Monthly $45, 10 Class Pass $70, 5 Class Pass $45. Details: https://istroll.co/jblm
  • Tabata: High-intensity class taught via a 20-seconds on, 10-seconds off. 4-8 minute intervals.
  • Tai Chi: Taijiquan Chuan taught with a focus on health, fitness and lifetime wellness.
  • Water Aerobics: A low-impact class that is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health and strength.
  • Yoga: Combines physical exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress.
  • Zumba: Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it!

Group Fitness

Join a fun and supportive environment with certified instructors leading a range of classes, including:

  • Strength and Conditioning. Total body workouts, HIIT, circuit training
  • Cardio Workouts. Zumba, spin, kickboxing, step aerobics
  • Mind and Body. Yoga, Pilates, stretching and mobility
  • Specialized Classes. Boot camps, functional fitness, barre, dance fitness
