- Strength Training Equipment: a large functional fitness area including 12 squat racks and 10 platforms. A weight room with free weight, plate-loaded machines, a cable machine, sectorized machines for all muscle groups, and a room for kettlebell training and stretching and multiple areas for dumbbell workouts.
- Cardio Equipment: 2 cardio rooms with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, assault bikes, assault treadmills, versa climber, Jacob ladders, stair-steppers, and rowers.
- Indoor and Outdoor Training Areas: Outdoor TRX, Indoor TRX, indoor tank sleds.
- Locker Rooms: men’s and women’s locker rooms, both equipped with saunas.
