Unit PT:

Unit Physical training offered through the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program, Monday through Friday, 0630-0800. All H2F programs are available to active duty soldiers. Programs include; specialized training and services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition and dietetics, mental performance coaching, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaching, and tactical performance coaching.
