YTC Child Development Center

Family & MWR at Yakima Training Center provides childcare, fitness and recreation services to active duty Service members, spouses, retirees and DOD civilians. MWR services include the Blanchard Physical Fitness Center, Child and Youth Services, Pacific Rim Café, YTC Recreation Center, RV and Vehicle Storage Lot, seasonal RV dry camp, juvenile fishing pond, archery range, Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail and access to YTC “public lands” for hunting and recreating.

YTC Recreation Center

MWR services include the Blanchard Physical Fitness Center, Child and Youth Services, El Mirador, YTC Recreation Center, RV and Vehicle Storage Lot, seasonal RV dry camp, juvenile fishing pond, archery range, Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail and access to YTC “public lands” for hunting and recreating.

The Rec-Center is opened concurrently with El Mirador. 24/7 access is available. To sign up for 24/7 access, have your CAC card programmed during normal hours of operation by MWR staff at the Blanchard Physical Fitness Center.
